These terms apply when you use this website or order through it for pickup at Sobe’s Restaurant (El Centro, CA). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Your order is a request until the kitchen accepts it. We may call you to confirm. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a dish runs out, the kitchen is too busy, or we can’t reach you to confirm.

2. Pickup

Choose a pickup time during our hours (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM; closed weekends). We hold food for 30 minutes after the pickup time; after that we may release it.

3. Payment

You pay when you pick up, at the counter. If we offer online payment in the future, it will be handled by a payment processor and we will never see or store your full card number.

4. Prices and tax

Prices are shown before sales tax, which is added to your total. Prices can change; we will tell you if a price changed before you pay. Dishes marked “Ask for today’s price” can’t be ordered online until a price is posted.

5. Changes, cancellations and mistakes

To change or cancel, call us as early as you can, ideally before we start cooking. If something is wrong or missing, tell us the same day and we will make it right.

6. Allergies and food safety

Tell us about any food allergy when you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens like eggs, milk and wheat, and dishes are made in shared spaces, so we can’t promise any dish is allergen-free. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient; ask us if you need to know.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

7. Big orders

The big-order form is a request, not a booking. Your order, price, any deposit and pickup or delivery details are confirmed with you directly by phone or in writing.

8. Phone assistant

When staff can’t answer, an automated phone assistant may take your pickup order or a message. It is a computer, not a person. Phone orders follow these same terms. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep from calls.

9. Using this website

Our name, logo, photos and text belong to Sobe’s Restaurant and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Please don’t misuse the site, send fake orders, or try to break its security. Menu pictures marked as illustrations are drawings, not photos of the actual dish.

10. Liability and law

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for delays outside our control. These terms are governed by California law; any dispute will be handled in Imperial County, California, including small claims court. Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer law.
